„Surge Point is a gameplay-first experience built around fast movement, creative traversal, and deep weapon customization. We want to involve the community early to gather feedback on core systems like modular gun building, mission design, movement mechanics, and enemy difficulty. Early Access allows us to shape the game based on real player feedback and prioritize features that matter most to the community.”

Surge Point is a fast-paced, single-player FPS roguelike with deep weapon customization and high-mobility combat. Inspired by classics like DOOM and Quake, it throws you into a simulated arena filled with deadly robotic enemies. Build your own weapon, master the movement system, and survive endless waves — or fight through hand-crafted levels in Mission Mode.

Modular Weapons, Built Your Way

There are no pre-made guns — just you and your arsenal of parts. Find components during your run and snap them together to create the ultimate weapon:

  • Barrels, bodies, mags, stocks, sights, and grips that directly impact fire rate, accuracy, damage, reload time, bullet velocity, and more

  • Special ammo types like explosive rounds, bouncing shots, and tracer fire

  • Real-time part swapping lets you adapt your weapon to every new threat

Fast, Fluid Movement

Combat isn’t just about firepower — it’s about speed, agility, and style. Surge Point’s movement system rewards creative play:

  • Classic FPS controls (run, jump, strafe)

  • Gun recoil propels you backward — master it to dodge, reposition, or launch yourself through the air

  • Deployable holo cubes create temporary platforms for aerial maneuvers and tactical positioning

Game Modes

  • Endless Mode: Survive wave after wave of randomized arenas and escalating threats.
