「PIGFACE is a project that requires a lot of time and attention to detail in order to design levels of appropriate fidelity and create systems that don’t catch fire. However, it also features simple objectives with many solutions and an array of equipment for the player to use. Because of this, much of the current content in PIGFACE does not depend on systems and equipment that will be added later.

Rather than waiting until everything is done, it makes more sense for me as a developer to allow players to experience the game as it is, and enjoy the new things as they are added. This gives you, the player, an opportunity to provide feedback to me, the developer, as well as give you the chance to play and replay levels that are designed to be experienced more than once, and sometimes with new, fun tools.

Additionally, since this game relies heavily on complex enemy interactions, Early Access will ensure that their AI is developed to be consistent, fun, and chaotic.

「PIGFACE is planned to be in early access until it is content complete and polished, which we currently estimate to be about a year. The game is fully funded and will be launching into 1.0 regardless of the success of Early Access.」

「In the full version of PIGFACE we plan for there to be optional levels that will feature their own narratives and unlocks; already-completed levels that are able to be replayed with different gangs occupying them; more dynamic and responsive entity AI; dozens of additional weapons, additional masks, and a proper game ending.」

「The Early Access version of the game will include additional levels, weapons, masks and abilities compared to the demo of the game. It will also include more settings, accessibility options, and polished features, in addition to more content in general. 」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「Yes, the game will enter early access and incrementally increase in price for the v1.0 release as we release updates with new content and features.」

「With the release of Early Access, I will frequently be reading the Steam forums and responding best I can to any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports.」
