A story to tell, and to be remembered

The powerful wizard Sprinklebottom's memory is fading. He needs your help to remember his adventures and how he defeated a powerful dark evil, to make sure his knowledge isn't lost forever...

Sprinklebottom and the Haunted Ruins is a roguelite adventure with turn-based combat. You need to retell the story of how Sprinklebottom fought his way from the safety of his tower all the way to the Dwarven kingdom and defeated a powerful dark evil that had taken hold there. During each of your attempts you will find useful items, learn powerful new abilities, and befriend mighty new allies that will join you on your travels.

Learn about the past to grow stronger

After each attempt to retell the story you will keep most of your characters' progressions, making you stronger over time to eventually be able to reach all the way to the Dwarven kingdom and cleanse it from evil. You will have to defeat many powerful enemies during this adventure so make sure to enter each battle well prepared...

Research new abilities, or enhance the ones you already know

A unique story every time

The enemies you face, the places you go, the items you find and the allies you meet are randomized during each retell attempt, making every adventure unique. Making the most out of the rewards you find, as well as carefully planning your every move during the turn-based combat, is the only way to learn what happened to the Dwarves and their home.
