Ad Nauseam - The Wrong Side is an intricate choice-heavy psychological medicore thriller about an amnesiac facing both real and mental horrors within a world akin to an endless, liminal hospital. 

The game utilizes a fusion of Visual Novel, RPG, and Point-&-Click mechanics to paint a story about how people choose to cope with trauma, and the way it shapes one's identity. While the main story of Ad Nauseam is firm, it features hundreds of branching paths, choices, and open exploration areas to engage in along the way. Every action you take, and every choice you make, is remembered and seen through to its very end.

The world of Ad Nauseam is heavily inspired by the works and the aesthetics of Yami Kawaii, Liminality, Traumacore, and both Modern & Pastel Goth. It features a long, diverse, and dark soundtrack done by lolratz combining elements of Breakcore, Hyperpop, and Witch House music genres.
