Become Godlike:

Blessed with the power to hear the Descent's whispers, you will be able to find totems throughout your journey, allowing you to learn and use build-defining abilities.

OR

Find the dens of other demigods and take them down and steal some of their power.

Death is not the End:

As a demigod, death affects you differently now, Faceless. Normal mortal enemies can never truly kill a demigod, so falling to a normal enemy offers little consequences. BUT, once you step into an arena with a fellow demigod, death is something to be feared.

Dying to a demigod will cause you to truly die, losing all of your gear and most of your abilities, but fret not, the Eternal Church as plenty of other Faceless to send back down.

The Descent Remembers:

Even though you will fall in battle, the path you carved through the Descent will remain. Locations of bosses and ability totems will remain where they were last, allowing for you to quickly return to them and try again.

Carve your way through the Pantheon, open the Gates of Hell, and earn unimaginable powers for Eternal Church, Faceless. We are counting on you.
