為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「we're a small, new team, so in order to get feedback from people like you on what works in Eldritch Evolution and what doesn't we decided early access was the best way forward for this game.」

「we expect the game to be in early access for around 6-7 months.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「our current plan at this stage is that each major update will add one of the levels of the full game (and there will be plenty of minor updates in between for tweaks, fixes and player suggestions!) so the main difference between early access and the full release will be the amount of levels available and how far you can progress into the game.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「currently this initial release features the first area of the game, a wide variety of weapons and rites to improve them, procedural enemies, a unique boss fight, and the chance to experience the games core combat systems.」

「we've gone as low as possible with the cost for early access, we're planning on increasing the price a little with each major update until we reach full release.

basically the earlier in development we are the more of a discount we want to offer!」

「our communities feedback is very important to us in the development of Eldritch Evolution. we want to take on board the things people say about what they like/dislike about the game so it can be the best it can be. Ultimately the people who this game is for is it's community and player-base so they're deserve a pretty big say in what we do with this projects direction.」

Welcome to Eldritch Evolution, a rogue-like dungeon crawler where every run is a descent into chaos and transformation. Harness the power of unique offensive spells, wield devastating curses, and perform forbidden rituals to evolve your abilities and survive the horrors that await. In this world of eldritch terror, no two playthroughs are the same—your choices will reshape your powers, your appearance, and your destiny.

What Awaits You in Early Access:

  • Unique Offensive Spells: Discover and combine spells to create devastating attacks. Unleash laser beams, fire off barrages of projectiles, or spew toxic gas to obliterate your foes.

  • Debuffs and Curses: Cripple your enemies with curses that slow, poison, or even cause them to explode. Spread fear among the hordes, disrupting their attacks and turning the tide of battle in your favor.

  • Gameplay-Changing Rituals: Perform rituals that fundamentally alter how you play. Gain new abilities, transform your attacks, and evolve into something beyond human.

  • The Hub: Your sanctuary between runs. Prepare, unlock new possibilities, and plan your next descent into the unknown.

  • The Warped Victorian Manor: The first area of your journey is a once-grand Victorian manor, now twisted and corrupted by eldritch rituals. Explore its ever-shifting halls, face grotesque enemies born of the void, and uncover the dark secrets that lie within.

Why Early Access?
Eldritch Evolution is a passion project developed by a small team, and we want you to be part of its growth. By joining us in Early Access, you’ll help shape the game’s future through your feedback. This initial release focuses on the core gameplay loop, the hub, and the first area, laying the foundation for the eldritch journey ahead.

What to Expect:

  • A polished but evolving experience. The core gameplay is complete, but new content, areas, and features will be added over time.

  • Regular updates based on community feedback.

  • Transparency about development progress and roadmaps.

A Note for Players:
This is Early Access, and Eldritch Evolution is still in development. While the core experience is fully playable, some features and content are yet to come. If you’re looking for a complete, final product, we recommend wishlisting the game and joining us when it’s fully released.
