“Visitors had high expectations for a VR version of "Aquarium at August 32nd", so we wanted to provide a new VR experience to as many people as possible and decided to release it in Early Access.

There are still many issues to be resolved in the field of VR games, and it is important to incorporate the opinions and requests of visitors, so we would like to reflect feedback from visitors and create a work that will satisfy as many people as possible.”

“It is expected to take about 3 to 4 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add similar features, including the "Anomaly List" that is implemented in the desktop PC version.
We may add or change the way VR controllers are used to create a smoother experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Players can encounter 30 anomalies in a mysterious aquarium.
Players can choose between two control types. Please see the "Controls" section of the store description for more information.
There is currently no options menu to change graphic settings.”

About This Game

Overview

Aquarium at August 32nd is a short walking simulator game inspired by the well-known horror simulator Exit 8. In this game, players explore a spooky aquarium filled with anomalies and must find a way to exit by identifying these differences.

The rule of Aquarium at August 32nd is simple: turn back if there is an anomaly, or go forward if there is none. The game is completed when the number of jellyfish in the tank reaches eight.

Play time: 15 to 60 minutes

Left thumbstick left/right: Move left/right in parallel
Right thumbstick left/right: Rotate the camera with a snap turn (45 degrees)
