Varför Early Access?

“Bath House Simulator is being released in an Early Access state so we can get early player feedback on the mechanics, progression system, client relations system, and general direction of the game. While our plan is to release with a dozen or so clients and rooms available, we want to hear back from players on which type of clients/rooms/mechanics they prefer and what they would like to see less of. By providing players with an Early Access breadth of variety, it will allow us to respond accordingly to actionable content, versus improvising and assuming players will desire a specific direction.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“We intend for the game to be in Early Access for up to 4 months after we launch. This should give us enough time to collect player feedback, and flush out gameplay pipelines for preferred content. Ideally, if we are launching in early 2025, we will be out of Early access by May of 2025.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“In the Early Access version, players will have access to a sample of rooms and clients to work on, including a range of character types such as general guests, spirits, and warriors. We aim to broaden the variety of clients and expand the diversity in their backgrounds and personalities in the full version. Additionally, we're exploring the possibility of giving players more customization options by allowing them to choose which client to work on in which room, rather than having them pre-assigned as they will be in Early Access. We plan to add more management opportunities to players as well when it comes to the business of the bath house, and the players role in it. We plan to include things like room customizers, level and floor organizers, clientele specific apparel, different tools for cleaning models, and different styles of Muds and Grimes.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The current state of the early access game is there are a dozen models with rooms, all preassigned. Our tools selection is limited, with only a few style hoses, nozzles, and brushes, but enough to give each wash it's own challenge. The Free Play system is currently mixed with a basic storyline, where players are simply earning stars from each was which give them a reputation for taking on higher ranking jobs. This gives a fully playable experience, just without all the final pieces bound together in the way the final game will be.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Yes, we plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features of this game.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“Community feedback will shape the direction of the bath house and players roles in it. As of right now, we have the simple framework together for possible ideas on how the game can expand and grow to it's full status, but we are eager to hear what actual players want. This will include opinions on things like: Client variety, room stylization, bath house management system, possible muds, grimes, and tools for cleaning. We will offer in game surveys, and website surveys to garner player feedback on their experience working in the bathhouse and their role in it, and what direction they would like to see it manifest.”
