«Early access allows us to tell the story of Heaven's Door in an episodic format while we continue to create, and to use your feedback and support to further the story and its potential.»

This game also includes depictions of gun violence, physical violence, suicide, alcohol use, and abuse of illicit drugs. Criminal acts and behavior of varying kinds are discussed as well.
