However, producing these art assets still demanded intensive manual labor. This manual work primarily involved design, outline drawing and polishing. Although AI played a role, the art is based on the designs from the original Little Fighter 2 and was used mainly for enhancement; it does not dictate the design. And the creation of the character sprites remains a manual process.
