Amara

Amara is a character struggling with sleep problems and the weight of her past. She finds herself in a repeating dark dream world and must keep moving forward to escape it.



Puzzle

Progression in Somniora is supported by environmental puzzles. The player must carefully observe their surroundings, combine clues, and unlock new areas.



The Big Day

As the story progresses, a helping hand reaches out to our character, who is trying to understand what is happening here, and speaks of an approaching revolution. If Amara carries out this revolution, she will start “The Big Day” on the other side.



Mechanics

The player will have access to multiple tools to progress through the dream. Since Amara cannot control her dream, using these tools at the right time and in the right place is very important for progression throughout the game.
