刘长卿年幼丧父，家贫，与老母相依为命，家贫，但很孝顺。
一日梦中，他踏上了一段特殊的旅途。面对遇到的各种随机事件，是战是逃，是施以援手还是置之不理，这些皆有你来决定。
你将扮演刘长卿，你的决定影响他的各项属性数值，同时也会激活一些隐藏特性，这些都决定了最终的结局。
这段旅途一共有五种结局等待你去揭开，也许第一次的尝试不会很顺利，但是再次尝试系统会为你保留你的一些属性和金钱，让你的下一次探索变得更快。游戏中的驿站就是可以帮助你尽快到达目的地而设计的。
