Waarom vroegtijdige toegang?

'The game is already fully playable, but we see Early Access as an opportunity to expand its scope together with the community. Our current version offers more than a beta experience, but not yet the full scale we envision. We plan to add more enemies, NPCs, levels, weapons, and passive item mechanics to deepen the overall gameplay. Early Access gives us the chance to gather feedback and refine balance as we build toward the final release.'

Hoelang blijft dit spel ongeveer in vroegtijdige toegang?

'We expect Early Access to last around 3–6 months. This timeframe may change depending on community feedback and the pace of content development, but our goal is to keep the process focused and transparent.'

Hoe gaat de volledige versie verschillen van de versie met vroegtijdige toegang?

'The core gameplay mechanics of Early Access is considered to be same as full version. We plan to add more enemy types, additional characters and NPCs, extra levels, and expanded weapon and item systems. The final release is expected to be the complete vision of the game, shaped by community input during Early Access.'

'The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the complete core roguelike gameplay loop. Players can progress through multiple levels, face a wide variety of enemies, and use a diverse set of weapons, passive items, and character skills. 'Yes. We plan to gradually increase the price as new content and features are added. This way, early supporters are rewarded with the best value, while helping shape the game during its development.'

'We place high value on community feedback throughout development. During Early Access and beyond, we will carefully review player suggestions, bug reports, and balance discussions. Wartheon is a fast-paced 2D roguelike adventure set in a world on the brink of elemental collapse. When the malevolent sorcerer Moldran tears open a rift to steal the powers of the elemental orders, chaos floods the land. From this rupture, twisted beasts and corrupted creatures pour into Wartheon, warping the balance of nature and plunging the world into peril.

Take control of one of eight unique champions — each a master of their own combat style and skills — and fight your way through eight perilous levels, each dominated by a sub-boss corrupted by the elemental rift. Every journey is different, with procedurally-generated rooms, randomized loot, and punishing enemy encounters that reward tactical combat and quick reflexes.

Customize your build, master your skills, and adapt to ever-changing layouts and enemy patterns. With multiple playstyles and randomized challenges in each run, Wartheon offers deep replayability for roguelike fans seeking skill-based progression and meaningful decision-making.

Level-Up & Character Stats

In the game, you will level-up when your yelow experience bar at bottom-left filled. When leveled-up, you will get a skill point and 2 stat points. You can use them in order to improve the chracter's build. Every character has 5 unique special skills. But you can only use 3 of them actively.

NPC Rooms

During the wandering through the dungeon, you will rarely meet NPC rooms. Those NPCs can sell you goods or convince you to play gamble.
