Little Renters is a Landlord Simulation game where you are tasked to manage Renters and their needs, in a fast paced, dynamic and constant changing environment.

It is your responsibility to manage these Renters and their Rooms, by making sure they have the right Decorations and they are in mint condition.

Set your own Rent and get as much money you can from your Renters, but be mindful of how much they are willing to pay, if you set it too high they are less likely to pay. Keeping the Renters happy is your top priority, but things like, Thieves, Squatters, Broken Decorations and Deaths are some reasons for Renters not wanting to stay in your Rooms!

Renters aren't paying or they have a trait that you dislike? then evict them the power of managing your Rooms are solely up to you! Upgrade your Decoration options and level up your perks to make managing easier and more profitable! Stay alert, act quickly if you fall behind it'll be Game Over and you'll have to start over from scratch. 

Set your desired rent for each room, but be mindful of how much your Renter is willing to pay! If you set your prices too high it reduces the chances of you collecting rent!

Mix and Match whatever Decorations you like in the Rooms, just as long as there's something that your Renter likes and be mindful of what they dislike. Upgrade your options of Decorations so you can keep your rooms fresh, as Renters have a change of mind from time to time as to what Decorations they like.

Beware of Thieves coming to steal some of your decorations at night! Quickly call the Police to have them removed before they cause any trouble and affecting your Renter's happiness! Some Renters however, actually likes the Thief and hates The Police, they are more likely to have a Thief appear in their Room!

Renters can get sick, it's your duty to hire a Nurse to nurse them back to full health. A sick Renter is not a paying Renter! Renters can pass away leaving the room uninhabitable for a period of time! Some Renters are more prone to sickness so keep that in mind!

Some Decorations can go up in flames! So be quick to hire the Fire Fighter to come and extinguish the fire before its too late!
