Shine On, My Little Sun is a visual novel where players read text, make choices, and influence the story's outcome. The game features branching paths, character portraits, and an emotive soundtrack.

In the demo version of Shine On, My Little Sun, you'll experience about 30-40 minutes of gameplay, representing roughly one-fifth of the full visual novel. This demo introduces you to the town of Svargo and its key locations, along with several important characters you'll interact with. Alongside the visual novel experience, the demo features two mini-games: one where you hunt for a frog and another where you compose a note. You'll also explore the diary feature, which tracks your choices throughout the game.

Backstory

When the Sun fell from the sky, and the world was covered in darkness and cold, it seemed that there was no more hope for people. But even after leaving its domain, the Sun did not go out. It sank into a deep slumber and continued to shine. Although not as majestic as it once was, this light was enough for people to build a new home in the middle of the snowy wasteland — the town of Svargo. Residents honor and protect their little Sun, which still sleeps at the top of the grim lighthouse.

But what will happen when the Sun wakes up and abandons the heavenly grandeur for a few days of simple childhood?
