RAIDING PARTY is a roguelite action rpg with horror gameplay elements. You play as the Wastelander, a retired agent who is ordered to retrieve an ancient AI device. Recruit, train, and lead a raiding party of elite warriors against an evil empire as you discover the AI can help save humanity.

« RAIDING PARTY is being released in Early Access to provide players with the opportunity to give direct feedback and help test the game as new content and features are added. This game is being personally funded by the developer, and any player support and feedback to help improve the final version of the game is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, Early Access to RAIDING PARTY will also help build a community around the game. »

« RAIDING PARTY is planned to be in Early Access for approximately 12-24 months. »

« The full version of RAIDING PARTY plans to include: 30 main quest missions spread over three Acts, and 9-27 secondary missions. Also, the full version plans to include a Conquest mode where players can capture settlements and strongholds from rival factions, a Story mode for players looking for an easier gameplay experience, a base building feature where players can establish a home base from a handful of world map locations, the ability to command an Airship and a Spaceship, as well as fight and recruit many more enemy types and party members. »

« The current state of RAIDING PARTY includes: 4 main quest missions from Act I, 1 secondary mission, and 1 naval skirmish encounter. Additionally, the player can command and upgrade a Longship. »

« No, we plan to keep the game at the same price during and after Early Access. »

Build your Raiding Party

Discover and hire a wide variety of followers along your journey. Party members gain experience from combat and level up, with certain followers evolving into a veteran form at max level. Losing party members in combat may result in the player gaining new positive and negative traits.

Customize your Character

Complete missions and kill enemies to gain experience and level up your character. New attribute and discipline points are awarded as you gain levels. Spend attribute points on the Power, Speed, Resilience, and Awareness player attributes to improve your character statistics and combat performance. Each attribute is tailored towards a specific play style. For example, Power is geared towards melee combat builds, while Awareness is more beneficial for ranged combat builds.

Spend discipline points on the four discipline skill trees: Melee, Ranged, Physical, and Magic, to learn new and enhance existing abilities.

Utilize Vehicle Fire Support

Equip your Longship, Airship, and Spaceship with a wide variety of weapon systems, and utilize your vehicle to provide fire support for your party in unique, mobile tower defense gameplay.

Explore the World Map

Explore the world of Severance, a post-apocalyptic, war-torn hellscape reduced to a smoldering shadow of planet earth’s former glory. Shaped by the cataclysmic effects of a sixth mass extinction event, nature has completely disappeared and humanity is on the brink of total collapse.

Collect new Weapons, Gear, and Items

As you explore mission environments and kill enemies, you will collect over 100+ weapons, gear, and items to aid you on your journey.

There is an instance of decapitation in the first main quest mission, and instances of crucifixion in the fourth main quest mission. Main quest missions are indicated with gold icons on the world map. This game also contains references to drug and alcohol use and trafficking by criminal organizations, but not in a favorable manner.
