Shoot Until You Rest is an arena-shooter rogue-lite where you can choose from a large range of weapons and other gear to fight your enemies. Survive waves, fight powerfull bosses and get rewarded with new upgrades and characters(yes you can play the bosses).

Gameplay Description:
Shoot Until You Rest is a typical rogue-lite arena shooter. Choose a character, select your starting weapon and fight waves of enemies. After every wave you can select upgrades for your current gear.  Create strong builds and defeat the final boss or die trying. At the end of the run you will get rewarded depending on how far you have made it in form of gems. Those gems can be used to unlock new items, get permanent uprades or reroll the upgrades offered during the run.  

Main features of: "Shoot Until You Rest":
- Choose one of three upgrades after every wave
- Fight bosses and unlock them as playable characters
- Relax with auto-aim and auto-spell-use or get the maximum dps by perfectly aiming and timing every single shot/spell
- Want to play a specific build instead of random options to finally kill that super strong boss? Use your earned gems to reroll. You earn gems for every completed wave. Dont worry, there will never be an option to buy them with real money.

Future features:

- Fight in different epochs from the early days of humanity to the far future

- More weapons, items and characters will be added

- Hardcore mode with even stronger enemies

Ai was used to create the backgrounds of the steam advertisement pictures with the "Shoot Until You Rest" title on it. To clarify: The screenshots did NOT get modified by ai.
A few assets are based on an ai generated image that was further modified with picture-editing-tools(for example the puddle of the slow grenade).
