Step into the supernatural with this special demo of Phasmonauts, a cryptid-hunting roguelite full of unpredictable danger. This demo features one full level that showcases the heart of the full game.

Unlike the full release’s 4-player local co-op, the demo lets you go solo while choosing from four unique characters, each with their own playstyle.

Replayable Experience: The level is procedurally generated using handmade encounters, making you never feel safe as the world and its danger change every playthrough.

Unique Folklore: Discover which cryptid is haunting the campsite, using unique upgrades and fighting off unfamiliar monsters. Having trouble? Befriend each map's unique Fae-folk to help you along the way.

Equipment: Use well-known paranormal equipment such as EMF Readers and Spirit Journals to find clues and solve which Cryptid is haunting an area. Find Cursed Possessions and Fae-Folk that grant information or abilities in exchange for your sanity.

Customize Tools: Craft your own supernatural equipment and weapons by completing quests for Gnomes and other woodland creatures. Each challenge leaves you with legendary rewards, but do you trust the Fae-folk?

Phasmonauts contains mild horror themes, tense paranormal encounters, and stylized depictions of fear and danger. Players may experience frightening imagery, supernatural entities, jump scares, and scenes involving ghostly attacks or possession. Throughout the game, players can consume a fictional candy called Calmies (a parody of calming sweets) to manage stress, this is not a reference to drugs or real medication.
