Life Without You is a simulation of sitting at the computer, immersing you in a hardscrabble atmosphere of Patience.

Being at your workplace, you suddenly pay attention to the visceral silence surrounding you. Perhaps it's because the process of downloading a familiar resource has taken an unexpectedly long time and you haven't noticed how your surroundings have changed. When you try to get up from your chair, you realise that you are stuck to it, and all you can do is look around frantically. Soon you can feel the disturbing metamorphosis: the monitors broadcast strange things, the shadows around you thicken, and the sense of alien presence intensifies.
