Почему ранний доступ?

«Early Access will be a key part of our production process. Because this is a speedrunning/high score/leaderboard game, tuning and balance are extremely important. By releasing in Early Access, we will be able to examine player feedback about map design and ability/item balance so that the game is as fun and balanced as possible. Furthermore, by releasing worlds incrementally, we can see what content works best and lean into content and mechanics that players find most enjoyable, while adjusting existing content to make it more fun.»

«We plan for the game to be in Early Access for around a year, while content is added and the game is polished.»

«While the Early Access version of the game contains the tutorial sequence and a single semi-open world, we plan for the full version of the game to contain 4-6 semi-open worlds. We also want to add more player items and abilities, lore, character dialogue, and secrets. We would also like to include multiple endings based on player actions.

We intend to release content updates incrementally.»

«We intend to involve the community in every way possible. We will carefully monitor the game’s Discord server, Steam discussions, and anywhere else. We want to understand and respond to feedback and adjust the game accordingly.

As the game is a speedrunning/high score/leaderboard game, it is also crucial that the game be tuned correctly and fairly, so monitoring times and feedback on routes/pathing/etc. is very important.»

Grindset T.V. is a surreal speedrunning, score-attacking FPS in which package delivery becomes a sacred art. Grind, dash, slam, grapple, and blast your way through semi-open worlds as the Holy Parcel Bearer, delivering Very Important Packages for the CEO of the Catholic Church: His Holiness the Cyberpope. In this technofeudal, theocratic hellscape, there is only one corporation—the Church—and you are its loyal servant. But beware: heretics abound, and they may try to draw you to their anti-coprorate cause. Will you shatter your comfy shackles and join them? Turn on, tune in, and drop out as capitalism reaches its logical conclusion in this chaotic race to the bottom.

GAMEPLAY FEATURES:

SEMI-OPEN WORLDS: Explore surreal semi-open worlds full of strange characters and lore. Behold the beautiful sights, from blood-filled sewers, slamming clubs, and stilt-skyscrapers to the gates of Cyberheaven.
UNHINGED MOBILITY: Movement is fluid. Movement is life. Movement is the key to a happy customer. Grind, dash, slam, slide, grapple. Even slow down time. The products must be delivered.
STYLE IS SPEED IS SCORE: Style matters. 360 no-scope the box of microplastic slop right to your current “client’s” head. The more stylish you are, the faster you go. The faster you go, the higher your score. And the higher your score, the more the Church will love you. You hope.
ONLINE LEADERBOARDS: Are you the fastest little piggy? Track how your delivery times compare to those of your friends and enemies.
RADICALIZATION & HERESY: Will you be a good cash cow or will you think a little outside the box? As you explore, you may find alternative “options” that the Church might find a little less appealing. It’s up to you.
