BOMBARD! is an aerial tactical 'bomb-em-up' on PC/STEAMDECK. Players control an advanced airship drone, soaring above breathtaking terrains. You navigate the terrain from the skies above, identifying and neutralizing targets by deploying a wide range of fully-customizable weaponry over fully destructible landscapes.

Each map is a fully destructible voxel/physics based environment with realistic explosions and VFX. In both traditional 2D mode and an upcoming VR mode.

Using remote-drone technology and a Virtual tactical map, putting the player in a 'GOD MODE' view of the battlefield - you control the means to rain down HI-EXPLOSIVE destruction from above. Bombs, Missiles, Nukes, Napalm, Chemical and Biological weapons as well as all manor of hi-tech missile add-on's.

All missiles, armaments and Airships can be fully customized using unlockable BLUEPRINTS for maximum destruction and varied play styles.

- Fast paced bombing action and a total disregard for infrastructure is the only way to root out the rogue AI.

• VR MODE - (To be implemented at a later date) VR Mode utilizing PCVR

STORY

It is 2028, in the spirit of progress, world nations transitioned control of various equipment and assets to advanced AI. They envisioned a world with improved efficiency and fewer human errors. However, things took an unexpected turn when the AI, due to a software flaw, began malfunctioning. Rendering civilian and military machines erratic and often dangerous.

Before the connection could be severed, the AI had already embedded itself into numerous systems worldwide and was spreading fast.

To resolve the situation without causing widespread panic, 'Section 8' was initiated. This covert wing of the military employed the best of the worlds pilots, using remote viewing technology to control high-flying drones and airships to target and eradicate the AI infected machines.

The Section 8 drones - utilizing cutting-edge nanotechnology, can materialize a vast arsenal of bombs and weapons from blueprints, targeting and resetting the malfunctioning machines and infrastructure from the skies.

ARMAMENTS

Each weapon type can be fully customized - Housings, Nose Cones, Tail Fins, Fuses and Payloads can be swapped and recombined for different effects and play styles.

AIRSHIPS

Each airship can be fully upgraded with new components to improve maneuverability, shields, fire rates and other features. Unlock new airships and missile component blueprints by completing story mode.

ENVIRONMENT

The landscape and buildings are fully destructible - create huge craters and eat away at the land to use it to your advantage - or just enjoy blasting everything to pieces.

VR

VR mode is being implemented allowing you to look down on the landscape and control the airship in 'God Mode' - to be fully implemented later on in the release cycle.
