About This Demo

An incredible and fast roguelike deckbuilding game where you’ll probably die or become a hero, most likely the former.

In the demo, you’ll journey through 5 villages where you’ll find missions and 3 support elements. You’ll play as Louis the Bokor, who will grow stronger with each game. With each level, you’ll be granted the choice of two divine blessings. The missions you find in each village, as well as the possibility of special rewards during missions, will depend on your luck. This, combined with the blessings (which heavily influence gameplay), ensures that each game is unique and new.

You will travel from village to village across the Samothrer region on a path of combat and growth, to ultimately face the dragon. The heroes have been linked to the Argos (the most important divine artifact that binds your time, allowing you to return to that moment if you die). You will choose them and embark on a quest to save humanity in a battle against the 7 Divines, corrupt gods with the power to dominate humankind.

Support elements in the village:

• Merchant (you can buy 3 cards)

• Shaman (you can remove and upgrade cards, once for free)

• Spa (you can heal all or half of your health)

• The Artifact (the first time, it will increase your base health and energy, subsequent times it will increase your max health in exchange for some health)

The missions are mainly combat encounters against enemies, divided into ranks:

• 1st Village - Rank 1

• 2nd Village - Rank 2

• 3rd Village - Rank 2

• 4th Village - Rank 3

• 5th Village - Rank 4

End of the Demo (Fight against the dragon, the strongest Rank 4 enemy)

So, the missions will sometimes lead you to difficult encounters that can kill you. You must weigh whether you’re ready to take on the challenge and grow stronger by facing them or continue on your path, increasing the difficulty of your future encounters.
