There are movement activities such as Qigong based on 8 Ba Gua Patterns as used in the I Ching.

Yoga and slow walking are also activities in the app.

There are various kinds of meditations for mindfulness of others, as well as taking time out for oneself and exploring one's inner spaces.

There is a section of 50 Physical and Spiritual Principles of the Universe to contemplate and think about.
