Painted Shores is a single-player first-person mystery set in the Caribbean.

Painted Shores is an action-packed, thrilling experience set in an open-world tropical Caribbean environment. Inspired by the show Outer Banks and gameplay elements from Firewatch and Uncharted, this game immerses you in a breathtaking adventure filled with mystery and excitement. Fresh out of high school, you're living in the Caribbean, giving scuba diving tours for a living with your friends when you stumble upon a hidden treasure. As you explore the island, you'll make friends and enemies, uncover secrets, and engage in intense battles against pirates. This adventure mystery game will keep you on the edge of your seat as you dive into the lore and legend of the Caribbean islands.

Navigate stunning tropical landscapes by boat, solve intricate puzzles, and engage in intense FPS action against pirates. After a storm, the hunt for legendary treasure begins. Upgrade and unlock different guns, tools, and skills, including explosives, smoke grenades, and flashbangs. Trade and improve your arsenal, get into boat and foot chases, and sneak around to outwit your enemies. Each area of the island is filled with secrets and hidden paths that offer new challenges and rewards.

Travel across the island's crystal-clear waters, discovering hidden coves, sunken ships, and remote beaches. Trade and improve guns: Find and upgrade a variety of weapons to suit your playstyle, from close-combat firearms to long-range rifles. Get into boat and foot chases: Engage in high-speed pursuits on both land and sea, outmaneuvering pirates and rival treasure hunters. Sneak around and complete puzzles in temples: Use stealth to navigate ancient ruins and temples, solving puzzles that unlock new areas and treasures. Discover new areas and party on the island: Unwind with friends at island parties, gathering crucial information and building alliances that will aid you in your quest.

The islands of Painted Shores are dynamic and filled with hidden locations that evolve as you explore. Visit ancient ruins before they're reclaimed by the jungle, or navigate through shipwrecks as they shift with the tides. Every secret is guarded by challenging environments and unpredictable hazards. Coming from a composing background, we want the soundtrack and sounds to be exceptional and immersive. The soundtrack will be inspired by the vibrant and adventurous themes of tropical and action-adventure movies. Each track is designed to enhance the emotional impact of the game, from the tense moments of stealth to the exhilarating rush of combat and exploration.
