Proč předběžný přístup?

„We cook.

We aim to give the people a little taste of what we're cooking, but our game is still in development. Releasing in Early Access solves this problem, as it is an invaluable tool to us to be able to receive constructive feedback, advertise our game, and generally show off what we're making, setting ourselves up to drop the campaign release when ready.

Our goals are to release BIOPUNCH Arena here on Steam this year (2024), and to expand out to the full game with a full campaign after a year. Regardless of whether we add the campaign, BIOPUNCH Arena will remain on Steam as a complete, standalone title.“

We're aiming at keeping the game in Early Access until the end of its development, estimated one year from our intended demo release of August 2024.“

„Cooked.

We aim to publish with a refined six-punch fighting system, where specific punches may be used to disable enemies by their weak points or finish off a staggered foe. We're also aiming at gunplay, challenging enemy variants, minibosses, bosses, arena and campaign modes, and multiple playable characters. These are our intentions and none of this is final as they have yet to be implemented in-game.“

„Still cooking.

Our game has been in development for 9 months, we're in beta and producing more material as we speak.

Presently we have one wave-based arena mode, one arena map, three enemy types to fight and six available punches plus six charged variations.“

BIOPUNCH is a first-person retro brawler game with a harsh edge. Taking place in a dystopian future, you play as Bannon, a mutant pugilist taking on the corporation of thugs and organ harvesters that kidnapped his family. Punch a path through throngs of enemies with your rocket-powered arms in wave after brutal wave, and remember that as tough as you are, you are not invincible… a single slip up will get you cut down real quick in this no-holds-barred fight for your family's survival.

A key feature of the full release will be its six-punch fighting system, where specific punches may be used to disable enemies by their weak points or finish off a staggered foe. The full release will also feature pugilism, gunplay, challenging enemy variants, minibosses, bosses, arena and campaign modes, and multiple playable characters.
