Across all levels, you’ll learn around 80 yoga poses, stretches, and sequence-based exercises, suitable for daily practice or focused skill improvement.

How to Access the VR Version

To play in VR:

• Purchase and install the game

• Open Steam Library

• Right-click the game → Properties

• Go to Betas

• Select the vr branch

• Let Steam download the VR build

• Launch with your VR headset connected

The VR version is delivered as a separate build optimized for VR hardware.
