We simulate the weather and temperature of the four seasons in the Arctic, as well as their corresponding gameplay, such as: controlling room humidity in summer and managing room temperature in winter, RVs that can be rented in spring, summer and autumn, and Arctic igloos in winter.



There are many wild animals in the Arctic, so legal hunting is allowed in many places. In the game, players can hunt legally in the winter hunting season. There are also several types of guns available in the game, and players can choose their favorite guns for hunting. Winter Arctic specialty recipes are also one of the purposes of hunting.



Expanding a business can never rely on just one person. In the game, players can hire employees and special agents to expand the business of the motel. Players can train employees and arrange their work according to different focuses.



The game is full of various random events, such as traveler partners investigating cheating, police patrolling your motel, health inspections, stranger events, etc. And due to insufficient police presence in the Arctic, the police also need your help in arresting wanted criminals.
