Why Early Access?

“Cricket Legend's Batting mode is ready to be explored whereas the bowling mode still needs some tweaking, mainly batting AI. We want to gather user feedback as to the difficulty and replayability of the game while tuning these settings.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 4 weeks. Till then, we'll run various playtesting cycles where we gather data, make changes depending on what we find, and then rinse and repeat this cycle until we feel confident that our product is the best for the final release”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version would have the same amount of gameplay but with more polished systems, levels, gameplay, and new features that aid in game flow and player immersion.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the Early Access version is mostly content complete, with around 95% of the desired gameplay already in the game. Most of the art (textures, animations, etc.) are close to their finalized versions. All player mechanics, HUDs, and level mechanics are in the game and fully functioning.

Bowling animations are in place, but Batting AI is to be developed based on feedback from our players”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when we leave early access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will be a big help during the development of the game, we have a discord where the project can be discussed and any bug fixes that should be made, as well as in the community chat on Steam .
