Project Solar is an open-world puzzle adventure game where you play as R.A.Y, a robot with a damaged memory core. Set in a vibrant solar punk world, you'll navigate through lush, green environments filled with remnants of advanced technology that harmonize with nature. The game focuses on solving intricate puzzles scattered throughout the world, which will help you uncover important information about your surroundings and the events that have shaped this unique landscape.

As R.A.Y, you'll explore an expansive, open world that encourages curiosity and discovery. Every corner holds a new challenge, from complex Sokoban-style puzzles to other brain-teasing tasks that will require both logic and creativity. The solar punk setting emphasizes a future where sustainable technology and nature coexist, and this theme is woven into the design of the puzzles and the environment you explore.

Gameplay

Project Solar is our first title, an open-world puzzle game where you step into the mechanical shoes of R.A.Y, a robot who has suffered damage to their memory core. As R.A.Y, your mission is to explore a vast and intriguing world filled with puzzles, secrets, and hidden collectibles, all while piecing together information about your surroundings and what has happened.

The gameplay revolves around solving various types of puzzles, including Sokoban-style challenges that require strategic thinking and careful planning. These puzzles range in difficulty, gradually increasing as you progress, keeping you engaged and thinking creatively throughout your journey. In addition to the core Sokoban puzzles, you’ll also encounter other types of mind-bending puzzles that will test your problem-solving skills and force you to think outside the box.

But it's not just about puzzles. Project Solar offers an expansive world to explore. You can jump, run, and navigate through diverse environments, discovering hidden paths and secret locations. As you explore, you’ll come across collectible items known as Data Entries. These entries are scattered throughout the world and are crucial for fully experiencing the game. Each one you find provides more insight into the world around you and offers extra content for those who love to explore every nook and cranny.
