END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Ginuh Games, the developer of Unlighted ("Game"). By installing, copying or using the Game, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
Ginuh Games grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related rights, titles and interests, including, but not limited to, any content, graphics, music, and software code, are the exclusive property of Ginuh Games and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Restrictions
The User may not:

Copy, distribute, publish or transmit the Game.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Create derivative works based on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the express permission of Ginuh Games.
Circumvent, modify, remove, disable, degrade or circumvent any protection of the content of the Game.

4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Ginuh Games if the User fails to comply with any of the terms of the Agreement. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in his/her possession.

5. Limited Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ginuh Games does not guarantee that the Game will function without interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ginuh Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

7. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Ginuh Games in relation to the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
