Story

A magical and turn-based tactical football RPG where victory comes from outscoring, not destroying your opponents. Enjoy a single player adventure where four friends are whisked away to a fantasy realm of peace, where weapons and war are ancient history. Eager to find a way home, our heroes form a team and challenge the locals in turn-based sport. They soon learn of Queen Versephone, the powerful and benevolent leader of this realm, who can help them return home, but only if they become champions of the land!

Gameplay

The core mechanics of Fantasy Football Tactics will be familiar to fans of tactics RPGs. Each unit can Move and Act once per turn. On offense, you can Pitch the ball to a teammate or use a special Thrower ability to launch a Bullet downfield to score.

On defense, you can whittle down the ball carrier's health using physical and magical attacks to force a fumble. Recover the ball to get back on offense and score! There are loads of abilities you can use to move the ball, manipulate turn order, traverse long distances, buff your allies, debuff your opponents, deal damage, heal, and much more!

Super Abilities

Taking damage will charge your SUPER meter. When fully charged, a unit can unleash a powerful SUPER ability to upend a match. All 8 positions come equipped with their own unique SUPER ability. The Thrower's Perfect Pass allows you to throw the ball to any teammate anywhere on the field and guarantee their turn comes next. The Defender's Truck can instantly WALLOP any opponent. A perfectly timed SUPER can turn certain defeat into a sudden victory!

Build Your Fantasy Team

All units can Move, Tackle and Pitch the ball, but the real strategy comes from their distinct Position abilities. Once learned, abilities can be used even after changing to another Position allowing you to mix and match freely to customize your build. e.g. you could build a healer who can throw the ball downfield, or a powerful defender that has both physical and magical attacks. What strategy will you use to become champions? You can choose from the following 8 Positions:

• Balancer: Healing

• Thrower: Forward Passes

• Striker: Fast Movement

• Caster: Ranged Magic

• Blocker: Tank and Disrupt

• Defender: Strong Tackles

• Supporter: Team Buffs
