What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“This is a tool built for Game masters and players of Table Top systems. The current state of the application works and is helpful, but it's far from done. I will continue to improve the tool and add to it.

I originally built this tool for myself, and I know what is most helpful for me. However, early access gives me an opportunity to get a feel for what the community will find most helpful, and design the tool accordingly.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“Six months to a year”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Early access version will start with core functionality, and additional features are planned to be added during the early access time. Development during early access is planned to be in part driven by the community, and includes having community help direct which direction they want to see this tool take.

Planned features include more customizability, built-in initiative tracker, Ability to undo actions, specific support for more tabletop systems, snap-to-grid, creature card presets, saving/loading quality of life, and more!

These features, while planned, are not guaranteed.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Core functionality exists, very little Quality of Life and additional features. Core functionality includes:
- Ability to create creature cards with randomized health, armor class, and ability scores
- Ability to modify the health and conditions of creature cards
- Ability to drag the cards around a large working canvas
- Ability to save encounters, and load them back later
- Some customizability settings”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community will help test features and improvements, and provide feedback. Feature requests can be made through our Discord server, a link to which is provided in game.”
