“We want to involve the gaming community in the journey of developing WNI. There’s so much we aim to build—storylines, mechanics, missions, and features—and Early Access lets players shape the game with their feedback while enjoying the experience as it grows.”

Hvor lang tid vil dette spil være i tidlig adgang?

“We estimate WNI will remain in Early Access for around six months, aiming for a full release in Q3 2025. During this period, we’ll continue expanding and refining the game with planned updates and community insights to deliver the best experience possible.”

“Our goal is to significantly enhance WNI by the time of full release. Expect more weapons, game modes, and missions integrated into the story. We’re also working on exciting new mechanics and features, ensuring a richer and more engaging experience.

Story: WNI is driven by a deep, immersive story encompassing origins, enemies, and missions. This narrative will unfold alongside a variety of game modes designed to complement the missions.
Enemies: A range of enemies is already created and integrated into the story. While you’ll face training ground targets for now, the story missions will introduce these foes over time as we balance gameplay.
Weapons: We aim to expand the arsenal with more weapon types and customisation options—attachments, sights, skins, and more—based on community feedback.

“WNI currently offers the following:

Training Grounds:

Alpha Base: A desert-based firing range with 24 randomised pop-up targets. Perfect for honing your reflexes.
Bravo Base: An indoor range with elevation challenges requiring careful vertical and horizontal tracking.
Charlie Base: A skeet-shooting-inspired outdoor range near an active airfield. Track and shoot moving targets across a semicircular sequence of 24.

Weapons:
Seven available weapons—each with unique handling, animations, and audio:

Pistol: M1911
SMG: MP9
Assault Rifle: AR-15
Light Machine Gun: M249
Shotgun: SPAZ-12
Sniper Rifle: L96A1
RPG: …it’s an RPG.

Leaderboards:
Compete globally with leaderboards for each weapon and training ground. We're excited to see who can get the highest score on Charlie Base with an RPG!”

Recruit, this is why you’re here!

Think this is easy? News flash: it’s not. It’s about to get a whole lot harder—this is just the beginning!

I’m Boss Johnson, your CO from now on. Consider yourself lucky; you could’ve ended up with Smithy. We’re here because of “The Lockdown”, when that self-aware AI, ERIS, decided to take over the world using an army of IoT devices. Do you remember “The Lockdown”? I do. How could I forget?

The enemy is everywhere. ERIS (Enhanced Resource Integration System) has weaponised everyday devices, creating an unprecedented army.

But they’ve got one weakness: BULLETS! We’ve got the munitions—5.56, 7.62, RPG rounds, to take them head on.

We've been developing a secret weapon: a WMD-Grade EMP designed to disrupt electronics. Smaller versions have had varying success around the world, but we’re building THE EMP to hit them where it really hurts, right in the CPU. A couple more tests, and we’ll end this.

You’re to be trained up, you’re part of the resistance now

ERIS has taken over most of the world with only a handful of small secure pockets we can call home for now. It’s there you’ll undertake your training, with each location simulating a different type of combat scenario.

Familiarise yourself with various weaponry

As I’ve said, you’ll have access to various weaponry: these have been clawed together from various scavenging missions, and left over by the world’s armies. First, we’ll cover the basics, and you’ll be trained on the following weapons in 3 different training grounds within the locations we currently have secure from our enemy.

Will you be the best recruit of the bunch, and join special operations?

Each time you complete a run through of a training ground, you’ll receive your score, and be compared to the other recruits we have scattered around the globe. In order to be considered for the special operations, you must be able to prove you have what it takes to be the best and outperform your peers.
