„We want to realize our vision for Animalkind and we believe listening to our community is a critical part of the the journey. Feedback from our community will help us identify and address bugs, balance content, and understand the player experience as we update the game. Early Access provides an opportunity to iterate on the game, add new content and features, and ensure Animalkind fulfills the hopes and aspirations of our community. “

„We intend to add more content (such as quests, regions, and lore), more creative options (such as decorations), and more characters. We also intend to refine gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, game balance, and tutorials. Beyond that we expect to address bugs, improve support for controllers and Steam Deck, and make the game available in more languages.“

„The Early Access version of the game includes multiple regions, each with its own set of quest content, characters, and natural resources. Across regions there is a large cast of NPCs to meet and befriend. Player activities include exploration, farming, fishing, building, decoration, and more! Players can also play the game solo or with up to four players cooperatively.“
