Forge your path in The InBetween, an emotional story-driven metroidvania. You play as a Pipit, a young boy whose fate, as well as that of an underground world lies in your actions and choices.

The InBetween is a gut-wrenching yet wholesome 2d hand-drawn/pixel art metroidvania where your Fate as well as an infected underground world lies in your skills and your conscience.

Seek the Vir’s source…

The world of Aija has been infested with VIR and monsters manifested from it. Eliminate them all down to their source with your trusty blaster and assortment of special attacks and abilities.

Decide your fate....

Explore the world of Aija, filled with iNfected people. And it’s up to you to either heal them or eliminate them. Through a combination of fast-paced gunplay and Undertale-inspired turn-based battles.

Face The Consequences…

Your actions get judgeD and you face the consequences in multiple endings.

Will you be the Hero? The Villain?
