After traveling to a country town to move into the house he inherited, Andrew finds the town flooded. While wondering what to do, he spots a dim light coming from the flooded library, in the middle of the night. Investigating, he finds that it belongs to a small fairy, trapped inside of a lantern...

After finding the town he was going to move into flooded, those words strike Andrew's heart: the words of a fairy, left behind and trapped in a lantern, on a bookshelf, in an abandoned, half-flooded library.


Submerged Lights is a 20,000-word visual novel about Andrew, the fairy he meets, and the mermaid the two of them come to know. As Andrew and the fairy grow closer to each other, the two of them form a loving bond...
