As you are stranded in Vanada, you're meeting the sisters Aya and Chiyo. After you get to know what is happening, you decide to help them. In your journey as KADO HUNTER you will collect KADOS, fight against monsters, solve quests and get ready to explore Vanada.

Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« As we're planning to develop more activities into the game, we'd like to include the feedback of the community into it. Early Access gives us and you the opportunity to make the best out of it. As we are indie developers we don't have to catch any deadlines, so we are able to take the time to do that in that way. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« We plan to stay in Early Access for a about 24 months. This can change and depends on the feedback of the community and the time which needs to be taken to develop more content. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« We're planning to integrate more playable content and more background information of the characters (for example character-based questlines). Also the feedback of the community can lead to additional content. We're also planning to create more collectable Kados. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« KADO HUNTER has all it's neccessary functions that allows you to explore Vanada. At the moment there are 4 dungeons, with different bosses, 1 abyss where you have to fight against waves of monsters to gain rewards, activities like fishing, gathering, crafting and fighting, storyquests and sidequests. KADO HUNTER has an action combat system which allows to fight monsters directly on the map. There are several ways to improve the strength and defense of the player: Additional armor which can be looted from bosses, two additional weapons and several recipes for temporary buffs. There is a leveling-system which increases also your strenght over the time.
There are at the moment over 300 Kados which can be collected. The Kados do have a rarity system, which are rated from 3-stars to 5-stars. The Kados are seperated in 2 different boosterpacks, which can be bought from the collected ingame currency. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« We may increase the price to the full release, as we will spend more time and money into the further development of KADO HUNTER. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« We have a Discord server and everyone is invited to join. We want to hear all the feedback and we would love to implement the wishes of our playerbase. Of course we'll check the forums and direct messages which will arrive.

You can't remember why and how you are stranded in Vanada. As you proceed to find answers to the question where you are, you get in contact with the sisters Aya and Chiyo. It quickly becomes clear that they need help. Your help. A dangerous journey awaits, where your main goal is to collect enough KADOS to be strong enough to fight and defeat AKZU. Do you have what it takes to help Aya and Chiyo to free Vanada from the dominion of AKZU?

KADO HUNTER is a 2D, pixel art and story based adventure rpg.

Action combat

Defeat enemies in an action-combat fighting system, where you are gaining experience for leveling your character as well as collecting items and money. Within your adventure you will be learning new skills, find new weapons and increase your overall strength.

Quests

You will be lead through the game with quests and a built-in questlog. Beside the mainstory quests, you are also able to solve sidequests and missions which are granting you rewards.

Activities

There are several activities to explore, such as dungeons, world bosses, abysses and much more.
The new activity "KADO MASTERS" - a card fight game where you're able to compete against the people in Vanada has been newly added!

KADOS

There are 300+ KADOS which can be collected - every KADO is different and is hooked to a rarity system. You can rewatch every owned KADO in your Kado album! You can see a few examples below.

We are an indie team of two cousins dreaming about creating games which we and you enjoy. We have been passionate gamers for as long as we can remember and of course at some point we asked ourselves whether we not only wanted to play games - but also create them.

What is our goal? As KADO HUNTER is our very first project, we gained a lot of skills, new experiences and learned a lot about developing and designing while working on it. We are fully aware that we have only just scratched the surface so far, but we won't stop here - quite the opposite. We have tons of ideas that we really want to bring to life.
