End User License Agreement (EULA) for Blast 3D: The Arrival Demo

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [Your Company Name] ("Company") for the use of the demo version of the software "Blast 3D: The Arrival" ("Demo").

Company does not warrant that the Demo will meet User's requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Demo, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated by User or Company. User may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Demo and uninstalling it from User's devices. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Demo and destroy all copies of the Demo in User's possession or control.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement:
