You could take more common jobs like working as a clerk at a library or a laborer at underground farms. You could try your luck in the arena or put your life on the line in a dungeon where you could hunt dangerous monsters and mine loot for profit. You could try to join the city guards. Try to get involved in the city politics. There are many opportunities that await you accompanied by women of various professions.

Courting the various women in this new world will help you develop an identity and decide who it is you want to be. Maybe you'd like to take over the city as its new ruler. Maybe you just want to go back home. The choice is yours.
