Sliding Hero is a brainteasing explorative puzzle game where you can only slide in a single direction until hitting an obstacle.

A puzzling experience in a dark world

After being stuck inside an intricate and sinister Venetian villa, you’ll have to use all your insight and judgement to overcome the numerous challenges that separate you from the truth.

Sliding movement

Utilize environmental hazards and your sliding skills to defeat foes, turning the puzzle elements into combat opportunities. Each enemy and trap introduces new layers of challenge, in an easy-to-learn but hard to master movement system.
Avoid deadly traps and outmanoeuvre enemies.

Immersive Metroidvania Exploration

Explore a sprawling Venetian villa, meticulously designed with interconnected rooms and hidden passageways.
Gain new tools that allow you to backtrack and access previously unreachable areas. Unlock shortcuts, collect clues and deal with strange and eccentric characters in an adventure that will test your puzzle-solving skills.

A dark and rich artstyle

Immerse yourself in a mystical world inspired by the Carnival of Venice, where masks and elaborate costumes intertwine with a dark original soundtrack inspired by Italian 1700.
Put all the pieces together and discover an environmental storytelling composed of mystery and supernatural elements, adorned with sophisticated hand-drawn pixel art and unsettling animations.
