As an active development Field & Sky will be launched as early access. Not all possible features and content have been developed yet. Development of new content and updates will be provided as development continues. Multiplayer is also in the design and testing phase.

Surveys, polls, and beta testing sessions will also be conducted to gather targeted feedback on specific aspects of the game. Ultimately, collaboration with the community will play a vital role in shaping the future of the game.

Field & Sky

In Field & Sky, you inherit a piece of family land on the edge of a quiet rural frontier and set out to build a functioning modern homestead. Starting with open fields and access to a nearby town, you grow crops, raise livestock, and develop the infrastructure needed to support a self-sustaining rural life. Expand outward from the road, connect to the town’s power and water grid, and watch your land transform from empty terrain into a thriving property. Play at your own pace in a realistic open world, switching between a strategic top-down view and an immersive street-view-style perspective to explore the homestead you’re building.

Features

🏡 Homestead Building – Design and expand your property with farms, orchards, livestock operations, workshops, storage, and modern infrastructure.

🌱 Farming & Livestock – Grow a wide variety of crops and raise animals such as cattle, chickens, pigs, vineyards, and orchards, each with realistic layouts and progression.

🏙️ Town Connection – Stay linked to a nearby town that supplies power, water, logistics, and services, creating a living relationship between your land and the world beyond it.

🛒 In-Game Internet & Ordering – Purchase tools, equipment, furniture, and upgrades through a mock in-game online system and have them delivered to your homestead.

🎥 Dual View Exploration – Build from a top-down perspective, then drop into a street-view-style camera to explore your land at ground level. (Coming Soon!)

🌄 Open-World Atmosphere – Experience a detailed, realistic environment with dynamic lighting, weather, and a calm, immersive rural setting.

⚙️ Optional Survival Mode – Enable survival mechanics such as hunger, thirst, and fatigue for a deeper challenge, or play without pressure in relaxed mode. (Coming Soon!)

♾️ Open-Ended Progression – There is no fixed end state; continue expanding, refining, and personalizing your homestead over time.

🎨 Future Expansions – Optional DLC packs will introduce new crops, animals, building types, regions, and gameplay systems.
