“It depends on you and your feedback. Our current goal is to take the game out of Early Access within a year. We firmly believe that by then we can offer a game that is worthy of your time, money and will bring you fun for years to come.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“There is a lot of content planned to be added for the full release, including new biomes, weapons, tools, vehicles, enemies, some form of a story and even possibly some new worlds.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, you can harvest, craft, build in order to survive the hordes of enemies that come to attack you and your friends every few nights. You can join up a game with up to 24 players and have several hours of fun with the current content.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price of the game will continually go up over time as we add more content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We think community feedback is essential to the level of quality in a game that we want to make so we have a public Trello board where you can see the roadmap and we are working on an in-game feedback tool. Currently you can leave feedback in the Steam Community Forum.”

About This Game

Zector 7 is an open-world multiplayer survival adventure crafting game set in a futuristic, post-apocalyptic world
The landscape lies devastated as a catastrophic outbreak has transformed humanity into ravenous creatures. Desperation has advanced technology at a rapid pace, which has created a stark contrast to Old World tech vs Glim Tech. Furthermore, some have rejected the newer tech altogether, creating regions of the world that are barren wastelands while others are home to futuristic cities and everything in between. Regardless of where you call home, the infestation has spread throughout the world.

Gameplay Overview


The game's core mechanics revolve around harvesting, crafting, building, exploration, defense during the night, and exploring during the day to find new points of interest, biomes and completely new areas. As you progress, you will earn Skill Points, which can be used to upgrade your character in various ways including increasing stamina, health, etc.

Traverse the landscape across different biomes from a ruined city to forests, desolate deserts, wintery mountains and abandoned facilities each teeming with danger and opportunity. Discover hidden caches of supplies and technology to aid in your survival.
Harvest resources like wood, metal, and food to craft essential items and buildings. Switch between perspectives easily to third or first-person.

Unique Landscape: Experience a mix of Old World and Advanced Tech throughout the game including classic guns like the AK-47 or find the Advanced Laser Battle Rifle. Loot vehicles broken down on the open road with a range from civilian sedans to military hover-tanks.
Dynamic Open-World: Explore a vast, ever-changing world filled with mysteries, challenges, and untold dangers. Different biomes offer unique experiences, resources and enemies.
Survival Crafting: Harvest resources to be able to craft weapons, tools, vehicles, and structures essential for your survival. Experiment with different combinations and technologies to gain the upper hand against your adversaries.
Multiplayer Collaboration: Team up with other survivors to build fortified bases and fend off relentless enemy assaults. Trade resources, share knowledge, and strategize together to overcome the odds.
Trade: You can sell items to vendors throughout the world and purchase unique items from them from the credits you have earned like a flashlight attachment for your weapons.
Progression and Customization: Improve your skills and equipment over time. Unlock new abilities using Skills you earn when you Level Up. Level Up in a Skill category by earning XP doing things like killing enemies, crafting and more, depending on the category you want to Level Up. Upgrade your weapons with attachments, get new ones from vendors and other points of interest around the map, and customize your character to suit your playstyle.
