There are many scenes of homosexual man-on-man sex, with full frontal nudity, erections, penetration, oral sex, anal sex, anilingus, close ups of genitalia and rectums and ejaculations from many characters.

One of the characters is a male trans character so there is a vagina slightly involved.

A handful of the sex scenes involve the main character peeping on other people having sex or being naked.

The kinks occasionally involved in the sex scenes are: foot fetish, pup play (characters having sex in leather costumes with a dog-like leather mask), sex involving food, sex with a priest, cuckolding, threesomes, light bondage. The rest of the sex scenes are vanilla.

All sex in the game is consensual and there is no rape, coercion or violence involved and all characters involved are consenting and of legal age. The game is comical in nature and does not feature very heavy themes, no violence depicted, no self-harm, no suicide, no sexual assault. The heaviest storylines involve some characters exploring grief from a past loss or a past toxic relationship and an attempt at reconciling with a distanced family member.
