Twilight Bastion is said to be an abyss situated between illusion and reality. Popularly believed to serve as purgatory for the condemned, you wake up in this very place, unaware of who you are, or why you've been sent to this winding, ominous castle to suffer its torture.

As you accrue Sanctity—the currency used to upgrade your stats—you can elect to invest in Strength and Dexterity to mold yourself into a swordsman; you could elect to invest in Intelligence to become a powerful sorcerer; or invest in Luck and Stamina to be more of a vagrant who's shifty and relies on luck to stumble into powerful items.
