There are three explicit sex scenes (one fellatio, one handjob, and one penetration) in the 18+ story route. All scenes are between two consenting male adults. These scenes are not present in the SFW route.

There are a couple of scenes where characters consume alcohol responsibly.

The characters also swear in casual conversation.
