In the dark forests of Duskwood town, an abandoned hospital rises like a ghost. Although "Sinister Hospital" had been closed for years, it still harbors dreadful secrets within. The player steps into the hospital to trace the footsteps of a group of lost children from the town's outskirts. However, inside awaits only a dark adventure and a quest for forgotten justice: Judge Harlan.

Chapter 1: Entrance

The game opens with the player navigating through the gloomy forests of Duskwood. Amidst old ruins and forgotten paths, the silhouette of the abandoned hospital catches the player's eye.
