„Spaceship Tactics is a game with many different spaceships and mechanics, all of which can be combined in different ways to create new strategies. The base game is stable and playable, but we want to make sure that all the different strategic possibilities are balanced, fair and fun. We also want to add more spaceships or mechanics to the existing content. Since the nature of the game makes it very easy to change or add specific content, such as a spaceship, Early Access is a good way for us to get valuable feedback and create the best version of the game together with the players.”

Aproximativ cât timp se va afla acest joc în acces timpuriu?

„This question is very difficult to answer as it depends entirely on the feedback from our players. Our goal is to create a game with high replay value that appeals to as many people as possible. When we and the community feel that the existing content of the game is balanced and sufficiently varied, then the moment of release has come. However, we hope to reach this state within 3 to 12 months (as of summer 2024).”

Cum se va diferenția versiunea completă de cea disponibilă în acces timpuriu?

„We are already very happy with the basic features of the game, so these will propably stay largely the same. Our plans are on the one hand to better balance the existing ships, mechanics and ship improvements. On the other hand, we plan to add more ships, mechanics, fusions and ship improvements. We also plan to enhance the game experience with more animations, effects and improved UI elements.”

Care este starea actuală a versiunii aflate în acces timpuriu?

„The core game is largely complete. There are already 33 different spaceships in the game, which in turn can be combined and fused into 19 additional spaceships. There are also 29 spaceship upgrades. These existing contents in turn have different ways as to how your own fleet will defeat opponents and thus already offer a variety of strategic possibilities. (Status: Summer 2024)”

Jocul va avea prețuri diferite pe durata accesului timpuriu și după părăsirea acestuia?

„No final plans have been set yet. However, it is likely that the price will increase towards release.”

Cum intenționezi să implici comunitatea în procesul tău de dezvoltare?

„The community will be involved in the development process both actively and passively.
Passively in that we can see from the game data which spaceships are played too often or too rarely, or which fleet types lead to victory and which do not. These statistics directly provide good feedback as a basis for balancing.
Active because we naturally also want to hear the opinion of our community. Because the game is made up of different units and mechanics, a discussion on these is very easy to implement. Of course, we also look forward to ideas for new content that come from the community. Ultimately, it will also be possible to change or add individual content via frequent patches and thus receive direct feedback. We are therefore not planning to develop large updates in a quiet little room and then suddenly release them without prior feedback.
We would like to use the Steam forums as a platform for feedback, as they are easy and accessible for all players.”
