Why Early Access?

“The project is a lot of work and is still in relatively early stages. Getting player feedback as it is being developed is crucial. Bug reports are very appreciated as well.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Until ~2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add the following features: headless client, watch mode to observe your bot, friend list, UI to interact with mailboxes, digging, climbing. We plan to add the following content: more types of monsters, world bosses, a greater variety of biomes and terrain features, new skill runes, larger NPC towns, evil NPCS, opt-in PVP, and a more in-depth documentation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“DeepestWorld is currently playable and it has hours of gameplay available. We have players who have been playing non-stop since early Alpha, 1 year ago. All the main features are implemented, such as character customization, housing and world building, missions, world Events, npc towns, gathering/crafting professions, itemization + enchanting, transmogrification, farming, gem sockets, skill Runes, monsters, bosses, combat, leaderboards, partying, proc gen open world, code (character automation, DeepestWorld Docs, API Reference), Quests, etc.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Pricing will not change when we will leave early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have a friendly community on Discord. All discussions about the game are taking place there. Any feedback and bug reports are welcome. The base game is free to play, and anyone can contribute.”
