Waarom vroegtijdige toegang?

'The core gameplay systems are complete, but we plan to add many more characters and around 4–5 additional ages. While this will take time, we’d love to gather player feedback and refine the experience before the full release. Slime Wars is still a work in progress, and we want players to know that much more content and polish are on the way.'

Hoelang blijft dit spel ongeveer in vroegtijdige toegang?

'Slime Wars will remain in Early Access for at least a year. We plan to exit Early Access once all characters, ages, and the full research tree are complete. This timeline allows us to add the remaining three ages and expand the tech tree with new units and upgrades.'

Hoe gaat de volledige versie verschillen van de versie met vroegtijdige toegang?

'I’m hoping for the full version to include full multiplayer support, a complete research tree, and over 20 unique units.

The Early Access version currently features 4 units, an early outline of the research tree, and mostly finished multiplayer. I plan to keep expanding the game with each update, and since every new feature ties into multiplayer, it’ll always be an evolving part of development.'

'The current version includes four units, turrets, base-building, and multiplayer. You can gather resources, build and expand your base, and attack the enemy.

Multiplayer supports 1v1 matches, where players can join each other’s games using a host code.'

'Slime Wars is free to play throughout development. The full release will launch at a modest price that may increase slightly as the game expands with new updates and features. It will always remain an affordable indie experience.'
