Archipelago is a one-of-a-kind survival simulator with sandbox, trading and RPG elements, in a medieval fantasy setting.

Your ship is wrecked and you find yourself on one of the islands of the archipelago. Get the first resources to make stone weapons, tools and a simple raft. Then the whole Archipelago opens up before you. You will move north, meet new factions and enemies, and progress through the story.

Mining and Crafting

There are a lot of resources in the game. Some of them need to be mined with tools (pickaxe, axe), others - pick up from killed enemies. Create useful items from them or sell them to merchants. There are more than 500 items and resources in the game.

Sequential development

At the beginning you have only basic resources available to you. The islands are populated by weak enemies and friendly natives. The farther north you sail, the more rare resources you will find. But the enemies will also be stronger. The balanced system ensures that you will be interested throughout the game. There will always be an opponent to challenge you.

Building a base

On each new island you will build a base. More than 60 buildings are available to you for crafting, defense, mining and convenience. Fortify and defend your base from waves of enemies that will attack you during the storm.

Character Upgrade

For killing enemies, mining resources, crafting items and other actions you get experience and levels. You can develop the main characteristics of your character (health, stamina, etc.), as well as improve his skills with different types of weapons. In total, there are 11 categories of weapons in the game, for each of which different attacks are available. There are both melee and small arms weapons, and even magic.

Archipelago Factions

There are 17 factions that you will encounter in Archipelago. Some are hostile, others treat you neutrally. You can increase your reputation with them by completing quests to make the prices in the stores more favorable.

Trade

This is one of the key elements of the game, along with mining and combat. Some resources cannot be mined or crafted, only bought. Sell surplus loot or crafted items to merchants, and buy what you need from them.

Dungeons and labyrinths

On almost every island you will find entrances to caves, enemy buildings or mazes. These are separate locations with their own peculiarities. Clear the dungeons to get rich loot and stop enemies from spawning on the surface of the island. There are more than 40 models of dungeons and mazes in the game.

Clear interface

Survival games are always a lot of mechanics that are difficult to understand for a beginner. That's why we added hints at different stages of the game. In the beginning, you will be able to go through the tutorial to understand the basics. Then the game will prompt you with some points as you progress. An extensive Wiki is available from the main menu.
